As a proud restaurant in Dumfries and Galloway, we are passionate about supporting our regional suppliers. We work closely with farmers, butchers, and producers to bring quality ingredients to your plate. We’re also proud members of the Scotch Beef Club and believe the beef we serve is among the best in Scotland.
